Knitted Santa Hat

I couldn´t resist to make this pattern in English !
It´s a good thing to knit when you have few days left before Christmas.

A Small Knitted Christmas Santa Hat Ornaments

Use it like a brooch, christmas tree ornament, as you prefere.

This hat is 10 cm high.

Use 2-ply wool yarn and 5 dpns 2,5 mm.

All knitted in stockinette st. in the round.

1. Co 24 st.

2. Knit 6 rounds.
3. * k 4, 2 tog*, 4 times = 20 st
4. Knit 6 rounds.
5. * k 3, 2 tog*, 4 times = 16 st
6. Knit 5 rounds.
7. * k 2, 2 tog*, 4 times = 12 st
8. Knit 4 rounds.
9. * k 1, 2 tog*, 4 times = 8 st
10. Knit 4 rounds.
11. * 2 tog*, 4 times = 4 st
12. Knit theese 4 st in I-cord in approx. 3 cm or what you prefere.
13. Cut yarn and sew in ends. Make a small tassle and attach it in the top of the hat.

A tiny Knitted Santa Hat for earrings

This Santa hat is 4 cm high. Put it on an earring or use it like a brooch.

Use wool yarn 360m/100g and 4 or 5  dpns nr 1,5 mm.

1. Co 24 st
2. Knit 7 rounds
3. * k 4 , 2 tog *, 4 times = 20 st
4. Knit 4 rounds
5. *k3, 2 tog* 4 times= 16 st
6. Knit 4 rounds
7. * k 2, 2 tog*, 4 times = 12 st
8. Knit 2 rounds
9. * k 1, 2 tog* 4 times = 8 st
10. Knit 2 rounds
11. * k2, 2 tog* 4 times = 4 st
12. Cut yarn and put it throught remaing st.
13. Sew in ends and roll up the edge a bit.
14. Attatch the hat to an earring.
